Our History

On May 18, 1996, Hangzhou Songcheng Show Park was opened to the public.

On March 29, 1997, the "Hangzhou Songcheng Show" made its public debut.

On April 25, 1999, Hangzhou Paradise commenced operations.

On May 1, 2003, the newly revamped version of the "Hangzhou Songcheng Show" premiered.

From April 22 to October 22 in 2006, Songcheng hosted the Hangzhou World Leisure Expo, heralding China's leisure tourism era.

From 2008 to 2011, Songcheng successively hosted the China International Cartoon & Animation Festival for four consecutive years.

On December 9, 2010, Songcheng was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming China's first listed performing arts company.

On September 23, 2013, Sanya Songcheng Show Park officially opened, featuring the grand premiere of the "Sanya Songcheng Show" and marking the dawn of Sanya's large-scale tourism performances.

On March 21, 2014, Lijiang Songcheng Show Park officially opened, with the successful debut of the "Lijiang Songcheng Show", elevating the cultural landscape of Yunnan.

On March 26, 2014, Songcheng officially changed its name to Songcheng Performance.

On May 1, 2014, Jiuzhai Songcheng Show Park officially opened, featuring the grand premiere of the "Jiuzhai Songcheng Show", leading Jiuzhai's tourism performances into a premium era.

On July 3, 2017, Tanhe Songcheng Show Park opened, featuring the premier of the "Tanhe Songcheng Show" and initiating Songcheng's asset-light output model. Subsequent projects in Yichun and Zhengzhou were successively launched.

On August 8, 2018, Guilin Songcheng Show Park officially opened, featuring the successful premiere of the "Guilin Songcheng Show", infusing cultural soul into the Guilin landscape.

On June 28, 2019, Zhangjiajie Songcheng Show Park officially opened, featuring the successful premiere of the "Zhangjiajie Songcheng Show", creating a new realm for Hunan's cultural tourism.

On June 22, 2020, Xi'an Songcheng Show Park opened, featuring the successful premiere of the "Xi'an Songcheng Show", representing a comprehensive upgrade of Songcheng's performance model.

On April 29, 2021, Shanghai Songcheng Show Park opened, featuring a stunning new performance park, contributing to Shanghai's goal of being the "Live Entertainment Capital of Asia".

On February 10, 2024, Guangdong Songcheng Show Park opened, creating a sensation in the Pearl River Delta!

On July 26, 2024, Sanxia Songcheng Show Park opened, assisting Yichang-based Yidu in building a globally renowned cultural IP.

2010-2026: Songcheng Performance has been awarded the title of "One of China's Top 30 Cultural Enterprises" fourteen times.

On June 26, 2026, Silk Road Songcheng Show Park makes its grand debut.
