Taking advantage of unique directing approach and brand-new ways of expression, the large-scale dance performance the Romantic Show of Guilin demonstrates Songcheng quality and international level. The whole performance consists of five scenes, the Legends of Guilin, Singing All Around, the Time-Honored Lingqu, the Love Song of Lijiang and the Quest for Liu Sanjie. Shining spears, armored horses and gorgeous actresses, re-present a desperate love story in Guilin life after life.

Scene I The Sound of Guilin
Every lunar March 3rd is the biggest Singing Festival in Guangxi region. Fellow minorities gather in Yangshuo, Guilin, and express their yearnings for love and happiness with cheerful songs and gentle dances.
Scene II The Time-Honored Lingqu
It was the year 211 BC. After his army had battled to unify the Central Plain, the First Emperor of Qin assembled over half a million soldiers to control Baiyue here in the south. With a strategic move, the Emperor commanded his armies dig the Lingqu channel, creating a new solution to deliver needed provisions.
Scene III Jingjiang Princes' Palace
From the year 1370, Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of Ming dynasty, assigned Guilin to Prince of Jingjiang's governance, in order to consolidate the reign of the central government. Under the governance of generations of Princes of Jingjiang, Guilin has embraced its blossom of business, welcoming merchants from all directions.
Scene IV:The Love Song of Lijiang
Mountain songs like raging rivers, bend and twist in unparalleled grandeur. This magical land of Guilin has introduced countless legendary notables. The famous Liu Sanjie is of course one. Liu is like a lark, singing in the moonlit wind.
